- Orders of $99 or more qualify for Free UPS Ground Shipping within continental U.S.
- Excluded: Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Guam, APO. Standard UPS Shipping Rate plus 10% is applied to these destinations.

Warranty & Return Policy

Damage & Defective Products
DuroMax offers a 3-year residential and 1-year commercial warranty. If you receive a damaged or defective unit, contact us on our support email below, and we'll help you to coordinate with DuroMax's Service Headquarters for instructions before attempting any repairs or use. If the damage is caused by abuse or negligence, or if the defect is from the unit itself, please reach out for parts and repair instructions.
Liability
Using or repairing DuroMax power tools and equipment can be dangerous. DuroMax is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses caused by improper use or repairs of the products. In doing so hereby releases DuroMax Power Equipment of all damages and/or liabilities including, but not limited to: injuries and/or death; monetary damages and/or losses, caused by the use or repair of DuroMax equipment.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned to DuroMax's California warehouse at the buyer’s expense with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). For international sales, returns will be handled separately. Power equipment that has been oiled or gassed is non-returnable by law but can be serviced through authorized centers under warranty.

Return Policy
- Items must be in unused and saleable condition.
- No returns on discontinued merchandise (except for defects, upon approval).
- No returns on close-out or overstock sale products.
- Custom, Brand-Licensed or Private Label products may not be returned.
- A 25% restocking charge will be applied to ALL returns.
- Customer is responsible for paying any and all return freight costs.
