Actually you have not fulfilled my order from 21 days ago….i keep checking tracking from email and each day goes by no delivery. I get it that the roads were bad 2 weeks ago but no issue since then . I emailed courier and offered to go to the ups hub to simply pick up the package and was told shipper shipped in a way that won’t allow me to do pick up…so I continue to wait. I hate to do a negative review but if you’re oblivious to the fact that my order has NOT been fulfilled and you send me this message asking me to review my fulfilled order then you deserve a negative review
Hi Jeffrey, you're completely justified in being upset. There are some logistical things going on, but we will fix this for you. This order did deliver somewhere back in Jan (realize you didn't receive), but in the eyes of our system it was fulfilled without issue (gotta love UPS).
