They took what seemed like a very long time to get the cord that I ordered, and repeatedly I ask for them to cancel my order and refund me the money, however they never did, when the cord finally arrived and I was set to return the cord, they refunded my money and told me to keep the extension cord, they are good people to buy from, since then I've bought a 100' cord from them, and it is a outstanding product.
