I ordered a 50' purple extension cord with lighted ends. I ordered printing on the cord. Yes, it's an expensive purchase but I have had inferior cords in the past. The fact that it is lighted on both ends was a double bonus. I ordered it. Short end of the story they screwed up. They forgot to print the cord. I called the company and don't you know it the company said keep the one we screwed up and we will send you another. They sent me the correct cord and it was perfect. The whole scenario took two weeks. I will buy more in the future. Thanks.

Order was never fulfilled and the lead times was months with no contact from this company. Terrible experience it cost me more money because I had to buy additional cords for my projects and still wait for the cords I ordered from this company
