The quality is wonderful, very easy to roll up. The only issue I have with the cord is that the power light on the female plug went out almost immediately. The light stopped working on the 2nd use of the cord. For me though thats not a big enough reason to send it back or to rate anything but 5 stars
Thanks for the review, Brian, and for your graciousness – but the light should definitely work longer than that. Someone from our customer service team will reach out to get you a replacement. That said, the lighted ends do eventually burn out as they are tiny flourescent bulbs inside, which is a requirement of our CGM safety feature. Usually a bulb is good for about 10,000 hours of usage, and after that we do expect them to burn out just like any other bulb would.
