Cables came with no permanent company name. Very misleading.
Hi Art, we're very sorry for this miscommunication. I know that customer service has been in touch with you and replacement cords are on their way.
Unfortunately, our custom print does not support emojis yet. Our system attempts to detect and prevent when a customer is using them, but it's not 100%. When those orders slip through they end up going without print. We're thankful you reached out to let us know.
We are also investing in new technologies that will allow us to do more with our print, like emojis. No set timeline on that yet, but we're hopeful to bring that capability online in the coming year.
